Perfectly Nineties by Jen Wagner Type
Futura PT by Isabella Chaeva, Paul Renner, Vladimir Andrich, and Vladimir Yefimov from ParatypeI led the brand identity and website refresh for Longitude Swim, evolving the visual system to better align with its loyal, mature customer base. The previous colors and typography felt childish and alienating to Longitude’s demographic, so I introduced a new primary typeface that reflects the brand’s sense of nostalgia and confidence, paired with an elevated color palette inspired by oceanic tones and their swimwear roots.
With this foundation, I redesigned the website to clearly communicate Longitude’s core value — helping women find their ideal fit through thoughtfully engineered, solution-oriented swim styles. Following the relaunch, sales increased by more than 130% year-over-year. In addition to the refresh, I design ongoing marketing collateral and email campaigns for Longitude Swim and its sister brand, Mimi Flamingo.
